  • Now! It's totally fine to jump in mid-training cycle.

  • For Home Training:
    Adjustable bench,
    Variety of dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells,
    Resistance Band Set (includes handles & door anchor)

    Optional for Home or Gym:

  • Each training cycle will last 3-6 weeks

  • Your calendar will be auto-populated with 4 weekly training sessions. To see results, 3-4 training sessions per week is recommended. You will be able to easily modify your plan to fit your schedule.

  • 45 to 60 minutes

  • Home and Gym versions of the same training cycle can be found in your workout library. When you sign up for the subscription pick your primary training location. This will determine what training community you will be added to and how your calendar will be populated. If needed, you will be able to select a different version of the same workout to fit your training location.

  • This program is geared toward those with a beginner to intermediate level of fitness. The great thing about weight lifting is that you can increase the difficulty of the program as you challenge yourself with weight, tempo and exercise execution. There will be progressions in each program that you can choose to add in or leave out. All individuals will excel if they invest the time to read instructions watch demos and follow the components of the program.
